Soprano Solmas Baibordi is a recent graduate of Oakwood Collegiate and is the recipient of the Oakwood vocal music award. She is an active member of the Metropolitan United Church youth choir under the direction of Benjamin Stein. She began her vocal studies at age 13 with Giselle Kulak. She hopes to study music at university next year. This is her first role with the Toronto Opera Repertoire.
