Katharine Scavone is thrilled to be singing Gilda with Toronto Opera Repertoire. She made her TOR debut last year as Adina in Donizetti’s L’Elisir d’Amore. When not studying opera, Katharine teaches singing and piano at Etobicoke’s A Sharp School of Music. She also holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in literature and languages from the University of Toronto. She feels blessed to be studying voice with Stephanie Bogle and Brahm Goldhammer. Katharine thanks her family and friends for their continuing support of her musical aspirations.
